Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At TRENDLYADS LLP, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that every campaign you run delivers value and transparency. However, certain situations may require a refund. Refunds are available only for unused funds remaining in your campaign or TrendlyAds wallet. Funds already spent on ad campaigns cannot be refunded, as those amounts are used to cover advertising costs through Google Ads and related services.

If you face issues or believe your experience did not meet expectations, please contact our support team. We will review your case and assist you promptly.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • If you request a refund while your campaign is still in “Pending” status (before activation).
  • If your campaign has been rejected by Google Ads and could not be launched.

Refunds will be issued to your TrendlyAds wallet or original payment method. Refunds apply only to actual paid funds and do not include bonus credits or promotional funds. Refunds may not be available if the funds have already been utilized in ad delivery.

3. Partial Refunds for Active Campaigns

If your campaign is active and you choose to stop it, we will refund any unused balance after deducting the amount already spent on ads. Refunds for active campaigns are calculated based on the remaining budget and processed within 5 business days after review and confirmation.

4. Processing Time and Method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • If the payment was made via PayPal, the refund will appear in your PayPal account.
  • If made via credit/debit card, it will reflect in your card statement as per your bank’s processing timeline.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Funds already spent on running ad campaigns.
  • Promotional credits, bonuses, or rewards provided by TrendlyAds.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations or fraudulent activity.
  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., platform outages at Google Ads).

6. Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at trendlylive@gmail.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Our support team will promptly review your issue and resolve it fairly. Filing chargebacks without prior contact may delay the refund process.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following details:

  • Registered email address on TrendlyAds
  • Transaction ID or order reference
  • Reason for refund request
