At TRENDLYADS LLP, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that every campaign you run delivers value and transparency. However, certain situations may require a refund. Refunds are available only for unused funds remaining in your campaign or TrendlyAds wallet. Funds already spent on ad campaigns cannot be refunded, as those amounts are used to cover advertising costs through Google Ads and related services.
If you face issues or believe your experience did not meet expectations, please contact our support team. We will review your case and assist you promptly.
You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
Refunds will be issued to your TrendlyAds wallet or original payment method. Refunds apply only to actual paid funds and do not include bonus credits or promotional funds. Refunds may not be available if the funds have already been utilized in ad delivery.
If your campaign is active and you choose to stop it, we will refund any unused balance after deducting the amount already spent on ads. Refunds for active campaigns are calculated based on the remaining budget and processed within 5 business days after review and confirmation.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at trendlylive@gmail.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Our support team will promptly review your issue and resolve it fairly. Filing chargebacks without prior contact may delay the refund process.
