Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

This Agreement governs the relationship between TrendlyAds LLP (hereinafter referred to as “TrendlyAds”) and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Advertiser”) who uses the advertising services offered on trendlyads.com. By using the services, the Advertiser agrees to comply with all terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Definitions

“Service” refers to the advertising and video promotion services provided by TrendlyAds through the website trendlyads.com.“Advertiser” refers to any person or organization using TrendlyAds services to promote videos.“Agreement” refers to these Terms of Service, along with all associated policies and guidelines published on trendlyads.com.

3. Subject of the Agreement

TrendlyAds agrees to provide advertising services for promoting videos on YouTube and other online platforms, as per the package chosen by the Advertiser. The Advertiser agrees to pay for the services in accordance with the pricing terms defined herein.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances, such as when the service cannot be delivered due to technical or platform restrictions. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the campaign start date. TrendlyAds reserves the right to deny refunds if services were rendered in accordance with agreed terms.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Advertiser

Rights: The Advertiser has the following rights:

• To get their videos promoted under the terms of this agreement.
• To get a refund according to the situations described in Article 4.2.

Obligations: The Advertiser must:

• Make timely payments for advertising services in accordance with agreed terms.
• Prepare the videos (creation, editing, compliance with legal provisions and TrendlyAds’ requirements). TrendlyAds reserves the right to refuse promotion of non-compliant content.
• Not submit content that infringes copyrights, promotes hate, violence, sexual or unlawful content, self-harm, or fraudulent schemes.
• Not use deceptive names or avatars, distribute spam, exploit minors, or engage in unlawful activity.

6. Unlawful Activity

The Advertiser shall not submit or promote videos violating Indian laws or international standards. The Service must not be used for any purpose breaching legislation, infringing intellectual property, or promoting unfair competition.

7. Declarations

The Advertiser represents and warrants that all videos comply with applicable laws, do not infringe third-party rights, and that they hold full legal rights to such content. The Advertiser also warrants that all information provided to TrendlyAds is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

8. Price of the Services and Payment Method

The price of the service is determined by the minimum/maximum number of views. The Advertiser sets a budget, and the system calculates the expected view range. Targeting by country may reduce view count and increase cost. Prices are in US Dollars.

TrendlyAds provides its services only after full prepayment via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. Services are deemed paid upon full receipt of funds by TrendlyAds LLP.

9. Acceptance, Validity, and Termination

This Agreement takes effect upon posting on trendlyads.com and remains valid until revoked by TrendlyAds LLP. TrendlyAds may amend or withdraw this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If the Advertiser disagrees with any amendments, they must cease using the Service and deregister their account. Either party may terminate this Agreement with two weeks’ notice or by mutual consent.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement and any related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. By using TrendlyAds’ services, the Advertiser agrees that all legal actions, claims, or proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law.

11. Newsletter and Account Agreement

By creating an account on trendlyads.com, the Advertiser agrees to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in full. Account creation also automatically subscribes the Advertiser to TrendlyAds’ newsletters and promotional updates. Advertisers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link provided in the emails.
